A very attractive and comfortable apartment. Kitchen well supplied but no microwave. Large wardrobe and drawers. Washing machine but couldn't find any instructions so it was difficult to select a program. A fifteen minute walk to Valletta bus station.
Noise was beyond the control of the owners - nearby church bells ringing all night and road work in the street below our windows from very early in the day.
We were informed the day before our arrival that we could not be accommodated on the first night of our booking due to "human error" and a double booking. They had booked us in to another hotel, supposedly only meters away, for the first night and told us we would get the code for the key to the apartment the following afternoon. In fact we had to walk with all our luggage down a street, across a main road and then several blocks to the apartment. Being in our late 70's, this was most unwelcome. It was also a pain to have had to unpack for one night at the substitute hotel.
We had asked if we could leave our luggage after checkout as our flight was late afternoon. The only place to leave it was in the entry hall to the building. We felt anxious about leaving it in a public space unsupervised, especially as the main door had been left open several times. We were given another code to get a key for the front door to re-enter for our luggage, which thankfully was still there.
We didn't find many restaurants and only one very small supermarket close to the apartment. There were lots of bars and some music venues close by.

What a beautiful home! We had great communication with our host, who made everything easy. The place has everything you need and more. It’s perfectly located in Floriana, with the Terminus bus station nearby, making it easy to explore Malta. The port is also conveniently close, with fast ferries to Gozo and traditional Maltese boats to the Three Cities. It’s also easy to get to and from the airport. Best of all there is a caffe serving the best pistacchio croissants in the area :) the home is blissfully quiet at night. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Emplacement parfait près de la gare routière et du centre-ville de La Valette. L appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé.
Quand on habite pas en centre-ville on peut être gêné par les bruits de la rue.

This stylish and very comfortable apartment is located in a great location in Floriana only a short walk away from the old city and ferries. The apartment is well appointed with all the latest amenities, and was a great place to base ourselves for our stay in Valletta. Communication with the host was excellent, and was very helpful.
