Não recomendaria e tentaria outro lugar se precisar

É um condomínio fechado.

Para começar o check-in é muito complicado, além de fazer uma reserva no site do booking, eles pedem para enviar via WhatsApp documentos pessoais, placa do carro, e ainda pedem novamente para informar dada de check-in e check-out sendo que já está no site na reserva. No local para pegar as chaves ao lado de fora do condomínio, tem um cheiro ruim, não é culpa da propriedade, mas conta negativamante na experiência, poderiam mudar as caixas das chaves para um local sem o mau cheiro. Quando entramos na propriedade, estava com cheiro muito forte de produto de limpeza, e o local não estava limpo direito (foto do chinelo anexada) a geladeira também não estava limpa, as prateleiras todas cheias de marca e sujeira grudada. A água não estava funcionando, disseram para ver o registro de água e aí então funcionou, mas a descarga do vaso continuou sem água até no dia seguinte. Tivemos que usar um baldinho que havia no local para encher de água da torneira e jogar no vaso. Eles mandam regras via WhatsApp dizendo que é proibido conversar com qualquer pessoa do condomínio e pedem silêncio absoluto à noite, porém, haviam crianças muito barulhentas nas escadas e vizinhos com som alto e barulhos de pessoas conversando alto vindo dos outros apartamentos (Se as regras valem nós, então façam valer para os outros presentes no local também, por favor). A cama que era para ser de casal, são na verdade duas camas de solteiro uma ao lado da outra, com um lençol de casal por cima. Sei que o valor é bem acessível, mas as paredes tem vários remendos que dá a impressão é que um local que falta manutenção, há outros comentários de outros hóspedes com algumas reclamações semelhantes.

Posizione ottima per muoversi in Palhoça, ha un mercatino posto fronte all'ingresso principale e una fermata del bus. La via principale è abbastanza vicina. Ha un ampio parcheggio interno e un comodo servizio per i rifiuti. Un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Per quanto riguarda la camera affittata, abbastanza pulita ma non molto accogliente data l'usura della mobilia e dei servizi.

Posizione ottima per muoversi in Palhoça, ha un mercatino posto fronte all'ingresso principale e una fermata del bus. La via principale è abbastanza vicina. Ha un ampio parcheggio interno e un comodo servizio per i rifiuti. Un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Per quanto riguarda la camera affittata, abbastanza pulita ma non molto accogliente data l'usura della mobilia e dei servizi.
