The KOI resort was fantastic, big shout out to the Customer offices particularly Trang, she was great.
The room was amazing and fantastic value, it was clean, the beds and pillows were perfect for me.
The beach bar was excellent; the breakfast had an amazing range of excellent food.
I don't usually get a SPA treatment; however, this SPA changed my mind, incredible.
All staff spoke English and were so friendly, could not do enough to ensure you stay was comfortable.
The hotel is 10 mins from Da Nang City (My An Beach) highly recommend using one of the ride services to zip about.
The hotel arranged a day trip for me to Ba Na Hills (big shout out to Leo the guide, she made the whole day fun and informative.)
Highly recommend
Small things, a bin in the bathroom, the gentle art of cooking a poached egg could improve.

The service was amazing, Vy and Quang were very helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast buffet food was a little dry at times and our door on our room wouldn’t close properly.

Amazing apartment. So comfortable and huge.
Besides the apartment is huge the third bed is not worth it for the type of hotel we were in.

Very spacious, the staff was an absolute 10/10, our room was clean
Too busy, the elevators would take forever and there was 10 of them
