Absolutely horrible terrible customer service!! When we arrived the room was obviously not cleaned and I assume nobody even came because the keys from the previous resident were still on the table. We called four numbers that were written on the site, and only one of them picked up after like fifteen minutes. The lady couldn’t have been less bothered about our issue and said they will send somebody. After calling one more time after waiting for about 50 minutes and asking for a compensation, the lady very insolently told me that they don't do any and if I'm not satisfied I can cancel my stay. When I said that's absolutely not an option and I’ll be dealing with this situation with Booking, she then suggested she will ask her boss whether they can return our cleaning fee of 35 euro. The apartment was later cleaned but I haven't heard from her since and the dream algarve office didn't pick up any of my calls. This situation is absolutely unacceptable for an apartment that is certainly not cheap and has many other hidden fees (like calling the office after 19:00, checking in after 19:00), I will definitely be filing a complaint to Booking. Other than that, the atmosphere of the apartment is compromised by the horrible white lighting and atrocious design of furniture. And a cherry on top, kitchen is absolutely unusable for cooking and doesn’t have an opener for wine :).

Great location. Value for money.

The location could not be better. We were right by the old town but just off the main roads, so there was no noise. We had a really great stay here. The communication was good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had a working air conditioner. There was enough of everything we needed. The kitchen was clean. The flat is on the ground floor, which made everything easier. The cherry on top was soft, thick, crisp white towels. I would stay here again.

If being in the center is the only thing that matter to you then go, if you want more chose something else

Very central

The apartment smelled no matter how much one would keep the window open. General feeling of being dirty. The bed was really bad. The shower cabin was broken ( already signalled in previous reviews and not fixed). Then they ask 20€ to take out a bag of trash if you don’t do it your own😂. As you’re not allowed to flash the toilet paper down it would be good to have at least a functioning trash bin.
