La ubicació és perfecte si vas a Madrid en tren. Molt a prop de l'estació d'Atocha, al costat del Retiro i molt a prop del barri de Las Letras. Apartament en molt bon estat de conservació i de neteja.
Tot molt bé. Per fer un comentari de millora, hi ha un parell de làmpares de lectura q no funcionen pq no hi ha endolls on connectar-les.

Ubicación perfecta y decoración bonita.
Mucha humedad en la parte de abajo especialmente, huele mucho. Para pasar un par de noches o 3 está bien, si no, mejor no considerar esa habitación.

Da localização
O quarto do porão era todo mofado . Inclusive as paredes do banheiro desta suíte. Só usamos os quartos de cima. Como a porta do apartamento é direto na rua achamos um pouco inseguro. Sugiro alguma trava interna . Quando todos já estiverem dentro do apartamento. Como por exemplo uma grade.
