The property was spacious, clean and modern with lots of great facilities on site and around the location. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Pool area is lovely and clean and a great space to relax. The gym is well equipped and very clean!
There is a lack of transparency on the site with regards to the Onsen and Spa. These are on site but are run by an external company and a charge is made for use. The booking site doesn’t really mention this. 1090thb for a 60 minute use is quite high especially when you can walk for 20 minutes to an Onsen and spend 650thb for an entire day. Not a major issue as we like Yunomori Onsen and Spa, but we did book this hotel thinking the spa was for general use and not an additional charge. Of course treatments would be, but we didn’t believe the onsen would be. We have stayed at hotels on the area that offer this as an included feature.

Location and service staff. Joy is a hardworking guy and doing his best. Very comfy beds, spacious and Spa is pretty good. The Grab & Go coffee consistenty excellent
No in room breakfast. Again some rooms have sewerage smell and need as proper plumbing solution. This is my second stay with same issue. Breakfast should be better for a 4 star as well.

the location was good!
The bathroom always stinks. we had to close the door always because the room smells mouldy most of the time. also there was mould in the shower/bathroom. the room also smelled weird in the beginning and the air conditioning was loud. moreover the price to wash clothes was very high. I received an offer of 60€ for a small bag of clothes.
