Location, ease of access, small kitchenette had everything for a quick stay. Staff via WhatsApp was really helpful and forthcoming.
Aircon could have worked a little better, now the air was at times either a little stuffy or a bit too cool. The lighting in the living room could have been softer.

The apartment was in a fantastic location in the heart of La Latina, surrounded by restaurants, some of which offered discounts through the hosts. The building was great, with easy access and convenient electronic passes for entering the apartment. Our room was ready earlier than expected, and the host kindly let us know via WhatsApp. Communication was excellent throughout, with quick responses to any questions and helpful recommendations for exploring Madrid. The apartment had everything we needed, including a small kitchen, hairdryer, smart TV with Netflix, and air conditioning and heating. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts of Prosecco, chocolates and bottled water in the fridge.
The apartment was quite small, so it is best suited to guests who plan to spend most of their time exploring the city and are comfortable sharing the same space. There was also some minor wear and tear, particularly in the bathroom, although nothing major. The hosts were very responsive and offered to address these issues straight away, which was appreciated.

The property is well looked after and small but perfectly formed. It’s clean and tidy. It’s really close to walk to most of the interesting things in Madrid
