The location was superb. Just off the Grassmarket but surprisingly quiet, very little noise from the street outside.
Was pretty well equipped (see below) and was warm when we arrived and during the stay. Never had to touch the settings on the radiators. Plenty of light in all the rooms.
Lovely view of the Castle from the living room and bedroom windows.
Theres a NCP carpark within 5 min walk (but its expensive).
Theres nothing that I would say we didnt like.
The flat could do with another couple of small to medium pans (there was only on big pot and a frying pan) plus the worktop had been damaged and one bedroom carpet damaged in a very small area but this is being picky as the price was exceptional.

Comodissima, a due passi dal centro.
Pulita ed accogliente, perfetta per qualche giorno in città.
L'host è stato gentilissimo ed ha risposto tempestivamente a tutte le nostre domande.

Very comfortable with everything you need! Great location!
The hallway wasn't clean and the stairs were uneven and might be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

Location, comfortable bed
Main room furniture dirty. No pots to boil water, just lids. Not enough bath towels for a 2B with 3 people.

"The location is excellent. I was delighted to see where I was situated. As someone with a chronic illness I have to be aware of the energy expenditure of getting around. This place is so well located ..."
