Really bad

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the accommodation. Overall, the apartment appeared significantly dirtier and less well maintained than we had expected. The negative impression began in the hallway leading to the apartment. A considerable amount of dirt had accumulated in one corner of the hallway and had clearly not been removed. In addition, numerous cleaning products were left openly in the entrance area on the ground floor. We also found this problematic from a fire-safety perspective, as the entrance and escape route should not be used as storage space for such materials. There were several problems, particularly in the bedroom. It smelled unpleasant, and the bed linen and pillows also smelled bad. The white bedsheet appeared dirty, and the pillows were heavily yellowed. We had to wash and dry the pillowcases and pillows ourselves before we felt comfortable using them. The bed also squeaked very loudly with every movement. The wardrobe smelled unpleasant as well, so we did not want to store our clothes in it. There were also no hooks or other options anywhere for hanging jackets, clothes, or towels. There was no ceiling light in the bedroom. The only ceiling light in the apartment was in the living room. The curtains were also too small and partly defective, so they could not darken the bedroom sufficiently. A large streetlamp directly in front of the bedroom cast a great deal of light into the room at night. As a result, it was impossible to darken the bedroom adequately and sleep well, even with the curtains closed. When we tried to close the curtains, we also discovered used socks on top of the wardrobe. One of the bedside tables had a broken leg. In addition, there were empty scented-glass containers without fragrance sticks in both the bedroom and the bathroom, which also did not create a well-maintained impression. The kitchen and bathroom were also not sufficiently clean.

High above the usual Danish standards

This place is excellent - a beautiful apartment, clean, welcoming, with a wonderful host, in a super location that is easily accessible and equipped with everything you need. This is the only place in Denmark I like to return. Most places lack all these abilities which makes this apartment high above the Danish standards.
