A large, comfortable apartment for a family or a group of friends, with a lovely balcony (with a sea view!), easy smartphone check-in, and good communication with the property managers. A beautiful and quiet suburb of Genoa, with a fairly close and pleasant beach (especially by Ligurian standards, where beaches are generally pebbly). A bus to the centre of Genoa stops right outside the building, and there is also a fast train nearby, with convenient connections to the city centre and the beautiful towns along the coast.
The apartment’s equipment and furnishings need some minor repairs, and the kitchen facilities could be a little bit better equipped.

Очень тихое и уютное место. Светлая и большая квартира, детская зона, чудесный вид с балкона. Чисто, красиво. Отлично для отдыха с детьми и для удаленной работы.

L' ampia zona soggiorno è l'unica cosa che è soddisfacente veramente.
Appartamento datato anche se parzialmente sistemato; secondo letto singolo praticamente una brandina; vasca idromassaggio non funzionante; elettrodomestici vecchi; bagno cieco minuscolo con doccia ridicola; finestre vecchie tranne una; rumoroso dalla statale sottostante; parcheggio in strada selvaggio.
Insomma sconsigliatissimo!
