a nightmare and horror!

absolutely nothing - the apartment was dirty, uninhabitable! Description didn't match in anything! I don't know where such nice reviews about this apartment come from, but it's all an absolute lie!

I don't know where reviews about this apartment come from, but it's all an absolute lie! At first we kindly asked for earlier check-in, the owner said, no problem. As soon as we arrived there was no key, we were left with a bunch of luggage on the street. It were told that the cleaner was in the apartment and was leaving right away. And added that the check-in time was 14:00, although we had asked to check in earlier and were allowed. However, the cleaner was unfriendly, needed another 2 hours to clean everything. Instead of cleaning up, he was on the phone the whole time we were waiting and didn't clean anything. But when we returned: just look at the pictures. It wasn't human - dirty, stains on the bedding, lots of sticky drink and food stains on all the bedside tables, things left by other residents. There is dust under the beds and some things from other residents. Kitchen: it smells like cigarettes, all the dishes are dirty, the stove is dirty, the dishwasher is full of food residue and mold, the work surface is rotten, the refrigerator is dirty, and in general the surface has not been cleaned for a long time. We reported all this to the owner, the answer:"it's first time". But-this dirt and mold couldn't appear immediately after cleaning-they were there a long time ago. The washing machine is also covered with mold and dirt. The shower room has mold all over the walls. The drain in one of the bathrooms were clogged. I turn on the water in the sink and the water and dirt rises in the shower and there is an ominous odor. Unable to use. 5 people were forced to use one shower which was also moldy, rusty, the shower stall doors and walls were covered in plaque that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 5 years. The apartment had been smoked in and the odor from the walls was horrible.
