Great location central to cognac. Host was responsive to questions and helped with taxi. There was good communication with the host. Lots of facilities within unit. Close to Boulangerie.. having two bedrooms was great.
The steep stairs from street level were a challenge. The ceiling height in bedrooms is low.

la situation dans le quartier ST JACQUES est intéressante pour rejoindre le centre à pied ou en voiture + à proximité de la boulangerie et d'un super marché + 10 minutes pour rejoindre le quartier historique et 18 mn du centre de la ville. le stationnement est possible même si les places dans la rue sont parfois difficile à accéder. Logement agréable malgré les 2 niveaux d'étage : jolie décoration, particulièrement cocooning dans les chambres
