Close to NW suburbs we were visiting. No problem finding parking on street, bed was extremely comfortable
Floor in shower stall was in need of a really thorough cleaning before we arrived

The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the bedroom furniture was nice as well as the kitchen.
The description did not list that the apartment was in the basement and down a set of steep stairs. The shower doors were a little sketchy. Upon checking in I was informed no partying and no shoes on the carpet.

Everything.
The upstairs neighbors were loud, banging through the floor etc. I was here for work. It was annoying. Great rate. Great price.

The unit is clean and well equipped, the bed is VERY comfortable. I loved that mattress! This was a very nice location, seeing families and small children out walking the streets did make me feel safer. Not too far from the activities we got into downtown. The ceilings are low, but I’m 5’4 so this did not bother me at all. It was kind of cute & cozy like a clubhouse. Parking & getting into the building was very easy.
The shower is moldy and definitely needs some maintenance, although the bathroom itself is clean. The upstairs neighbors are EXTREMELY LOUD. ALL DAY AND NIGHT. Not just walking or talking, but banging, stomping, knocking & yelling. Only quiet time was 3-7am. I understand having children but it was inconsiderate in my opinion.
There is a private side entrance, but when you walk in you’ll see a door that although is locked, you can hear family on the other side of. I wasn’t sure if they had access to come through this door & it made me feel uncomfortable. I could not see a place being advertised as an apartment if it wasn’t secure from anyone outside, so I then assumed/hoped it was just another exit for us. Maybe add this somewhere in the description for future guests? Just a suggestion!!
