We had an excellent stay at Coastal Suites, Goa from the moment we arrived. One thing we truly appreciated was that the hotel did not require any advance payment before arrival, which gave us confidence and flexibility while planning our trip. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.
The hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. A special thanks to Sam, John, and the hotel manager for being so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist whenever required. Their professionalism and genuine care made a big difference to our experience.
The rooms were clean, tidy, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The property was well maintained and provided a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere.
Our children especially enjoyed the swimming pool and had a wonderful time riding the bicycles around the area near the hotel. These activities made the stay even more enjoyable for our family.
Overall, Coastal Suites offered great value, excellent service, and a comfortable environment for families. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a family vacation in Goa and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
The only improvement I would suggest is to extend the swimming pool operating hours. The pool was one of the highlights of our stay, especially for our children, and having it open for a little longer would allow guests to enjoy it even more after returning from sightseeing or other activities. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay. 😊
