The apartment is in a great location, exactly where I wanted to be on Drury Lane. It was spacious and comfortable and light and airy, with windows that actually open! It was also quiet inside - I couldn't hear anyone above or below me. It was reasonably priced for central London, compared to hotels and it was nice to have the additional space of an apartment as I was spending a lot of time in it whilst my daughter attended a course. Proper coffee pod machine and complimentary pods. Decent TV. Comfortable sofa.
There are a number of minor issues that need attention. Cupboard doors in bedroom which don't close properly or are very stiff. Inadequate crockery (this has been mentioned in previous reviews). The plates don't match and are too big to fit in the kitchen cupboards properly and there are not enough big plates, side plates or bowls. A matching complete set of new crockery is not expensive and should be provided as standard. One of the main lounge windows was shattered and was covered, inadequately, with cardboard. Although this was due to be fixed (after my stay), a warning of potential hazard should have been given to me. Various wires from the TV/internet, going out the window - some were exposed. Bathroom light above shower very dim. Various bits of paintwork need attention. The "balcony" is absolutely not a usable space - it overlooks the rear courtyard and is absolutely covered in pigeon poo (not a lot can be done about that but the apartment should not be called "Apartment with balcony"!, in my opinion!). Overall, this is a lovely apartment but the attention to detail is lacking - it needs a lick of paint and a few minor repairs to bring it up to the standard I would expect. The street noise may bother some people but didn't bother me - it was 'buzzy' but quiet between 1am and 6am. You would not hear the street noise from the bedroom.

excellent location , excellent accommodation . very very pleased with the property.
the water supply was awful , I questioned this on day one and was informed the property has poor water pressure. This is a problem when 4/5 people want to shower and get to a show etc, if it is not resolved people booking should be informed of this issue before hand.

Location...
The stairs ....32 of them ...dark with no lights leading up to the 2nd floor apartment. Claims of city views are not there ...views .....directly out to office buildings.
