Nous n’y retournerons pas.

Le mobilhome, et ses équipements. Rien n’y manque, c’était parfait. Les échanges avec la propriétaire.

La façon dont la conciergerie m’a accueillie a été très décevante. J’avais composé le deuxième numéro indiqué, qui était celui de son mari (son collègue), sans savoir que jdérangeais en appelant celui ci et pas l’autre. J’ai été très mal reçue et me suis fait « engueuler » dès notre arrivée, après plusieurs heures de trajet et avec nos enfants. Je pense sincèrement qu’il y a des façons plus correctes de parler aux clients et qu’il serait préférable que les numéros et les rôles de chacun soient clairement indiqués. Heureusement, le reste du séjour, la conciergerie a correctement fait son travail, notamment en réagissant rapidement lorsque nous avons rencontré des problèmes techniques avec l’électricité. Concernant le ménage de fin de séjour des bouteilles vide de produit d’entretien. Les vélos mis à disposition ont en revanche été un très gros point positif. Mon mari a simplement dû passer un peu de temps à les remettre en état pour pouvoir les utiliser, notamment en changeant les chambres à air. Concernant le mobil-home, rien à redire : il était parfait et conforme à nos attentes. En revanche, notre expérience au camping a été très mauvaise. Nous avons passé une semaine sans réussir à dormir correctement une seule nuit. Il y avait énormément de bruit et de bazar toute la nuit, avec un manque évident de respect envers les autres vacanciers. Nos voisins n’étaient d’ailleurs pas particulièrement aimables non plus. Avec un jeune enfant, la sieste était également quasiment impossible. Enfin, l’amabilité du personnel du camping laisse vraiment à désirer. Nous avons trouvé l’accueil et le comportement du personnel très décevants. En résumé : un mobil-home parfait et des vélos très appréciables, mais une expérience gâchée par l’accueil à notre arrivée et surtout par l’ambiance et le manque de respect au sein du camping.
