Excellent well connected location, shop right in front, airport transfer (against additional fee, but very reasonable fixed price), large spacious room with AC, rain shower.
Some really small maintenance related things (noisy exhaust fan, slightly uncomfortable pillows) but nothing major.

Room decor was simple and elegant, I appreciate their interior designer. Power points etc were appropriately located.
Most interesting was they had a weighing scale in there lobby to weigh the bags before proceeding to airport.
Very close to T1 tram station (Tophane), giving easy access to most if tourist places. There were also a few economy restaurants nearby, with good food.
Mattress in our room was too soft for our taste.

Location
There's no one to help you with your luggage; that's the hotel policy! The towels are very old and the curtains are of poor quality.
