Would stay here again anytime. Hostess easy to contact and very helpful.

Location - close to shops and amazing g restaurants and a short walk to the city. cleanliness - spotless and modern, a gorgeous apartment. Comfort - everything you could need.

Great location and clean and tidy

Check in was very difficult with a lock box up a private driveway that was very unusual Air con didn’t work and host didn’t try to fix it. Bit tough when it’s 34 degrees outside. I had an accident on last day of stay and looked like we might have to stay in hospital for a couple of days. We tried to extend but they already had another booking - fair enough - so we asked for a late check out and received a reply that said yes but for $59 per hour and a max of two hours. No acknowledgment of the circumstances about the request. Really disappointing attitude to resolving issues and helping out.

Shame about the TERRIBLE checking in process!!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, but unfortunately, it was spoilt by the terrible experience we had trying to check in.

It took us ONE AND A HALF HOURS to access our apartment after arriving at the building. I had just had cataract surgery and booked 2 nights in a nice clean apartment to relax and recover from surgery. When we arrived at the building, we didn't know our apartment number, and there was no reception, so I called to find out. The woman who answered said I needed to complete an online check-in, which took a while as it involved filling in a lot of info and uploading ID and a selfie (never had to do this before for Booking.com). Then I got a code and a lockbox number to get the key, but it wasn't clear where the lockbox was. Called back and was directed through another online process to a picture of a dusty vacant lot half way up the street where we took ages to find a lockbox, which had the right number and opened with the code, BUT NO KEY!!! She asked me to send her pictures of the lockbox, at which point I lost my patience (now an hour after arriving and a few more phone calls) and insisted that she send someone to the apartment lobby to give us the key. We went back to the building and waited another 20 minutes at least, and then they tried to tell us that we had opened the wrong lockbox (with the number and code they gave us??!!!??), etc, etc, etc. Exactly the opposite of the relaxing experience I needed that day. As if that wasn't enough, before we left, they tried to tell us we had to go back and run around the dusty vacant lot looking for ANOTHER lockbox to return the key!! I refused and told them that their cleaner would have to meet us in the lobby to take the key. I WILL NEVER BOOK ONE OF THEIR APARTMENTS AGAIN.

Location, clean and comfortable. Close to the things we needed to do.

I don’t like them asking for extra credit card details as a bond - considering I went through booking.com. I thought the location of the key was in a dodgy, difficult access point and very infuriating. We had to call after much exasperation and finally had to squeeze past a car in the driveway to access the key in the dark - dirtying my clothes.
