Parking was convenient. The owner was very helpful and nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. Water got hot. They had an instant hot water machine which I used for instant coffee in the mornings. It was clean. The microwave was clean and easy to operate. I used it once.
The curtains on the windows, if there were any, were pretty much useless. I had to get rid of a couple of bugs (insects). The plates, dishware were cheap plastic. I bought some glassware at Goodwill and left them there for the next person. Bowls and small plates.
I always bring my own toiletries when traveling, but typically a B&B and/or motel/hotel supplies a moderate amount. I didn't see any.
I'm glad I'm not a light sleeper because the child/children could be heard, especially with a little bit of jumping around. While on speaker phone, my wife could hear the noises in the background.

Location wass ideal for the visit. It was peaceful.

Very easy to find all the amenities were supplied the only thing that would be nice is to have more than one frying pan and a couple dish towels not rags and hand towels for the bathroom

It was in a good area
Not enough towels/wash cloths. Didn’t state that we needed our own linens.
