Welcome! In the cozy Apartment No. 8 on the first floor of Villa Anna, we welcome up to three guests to enjoy a relaxing vacation in 55 square meters of space.


The living room, featuring a comfortable couch (with a pull-out bed), a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for four, is the perfect spot for cozy get-togethers. From the couch, you can enjoy your favorite TV show or retreat with an exciting book. The kitchen has everything you could want: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and much more. The cozy bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a spacious closet for your luggage, and a flat-screen TV. Thanks to the sleeper sofa in the living area, up to three people can enjoy their vacation together in the apartment.


So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your fellow travelers and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, tub, toilet, and a hair dryer.


Free Wi-Fi and a parking space in a parking lift (entry height 1.50 m) round out your vacation comfort.


A special bonus: With your spa pass, you can ride the Kaiserbäderline buses for free within the Ostseebad Heringsdorf municipal area. Just leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure. Another truly special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the pier from April through October.



**Please note that starting on 18.06.2026, the building will be covered in scaffolding for approximately one week due to roof repairs. During this time, there may be occasional visual and noise disturbances.**
