The approximately 55 m² 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor of Villa Louise features a magnificent panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, two comfortable bedrooms, and a spacious balcony. The high-quality amenities, including underfloor heating and air conditioning, ensure a comfortable living environment year-round. The apartment is ideal for families or up to four people.

The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area is modern and furnished with great attention to detail. The high-quality leather seating area invites you to relax and offers a unique view of the Baltic Sea. Flat-screen TVs are available in the living area and in both bedrooms for entertainment.



The master bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm, single-piece mattress), a spacious closet, and direct access to the balcony with a sea view. The second bedroom is also equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm, two separate mattresses) and offers the perfect conditions for restful nights.



For families with small children, there is the option to add a travel crib (for children up to 3 years old) for a fee.



To ensure you can enjoy your vacation from the very first minute, the beds will already be made upon your arrival. A shower towel and a small hand towel will also be provided for you.


Kitchen [&] Balcony

The modern, open-concept kitchen has everything you could want and features an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.



You can access the spacious northeast-facing balcony from both the living area and the master bedroom. Here, you can enjoy the impressive view of the Baltic Sea and the historic Ahlbeck pier. The beach chair invites you to fully enjoy the fresh sea air and the special atmosphere of the imperial seaside resorts.




The modern bathroom is equipped with high-quality fixtures and features a floor-level real-glass shower, a spacious sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer. Thoughtful details and the stylish design ensure additional comfort.
