• Quiet, modern vinyl flooring and a soundproof wall newly installed in 2025 between the two bedrooms ensure you get the best possible night’s sleep
• New closets (with plenty of hangers) and a spacious drawer sideboard provide storage for your clothes
NEW in the bathroom:

• a washing machine (NEW in 2026)
• Solid wood vanity area
• a rain shower function in addition to the handheld showerhead
NEW in the kitchen:

• XL refrigerator from Bosch with a spacious freezer compartment
• quiet Siemens dishwasher
• Saeco fully automatic coffee machine (for perfect cappuccino/latte) or, alternatively, a WMF drip coffee maker
NEW in the living room:

• NEW since 2026: built-in AIR CONDITIONING
• A self-cleaning robot vacuum (set to run daily by default) enhances your comfort
• Quiet vinyl flooring and modern furniture
• The hand-painted panoramic painting of Lake Klopein above the couch perfectly rounds out the cozy atmosphere


Covered terrace:

• is and remains the highlight of the bungalow: the breathtaking view from the spacious covered terrace toward the Karawanken / Steiner Alps!



Bergpanorama Bungalows: Pure Nature & Relaxation Nestled amid the picturesque landscape of St. Kanzian on Lake Klopein, you’ll experience an unforgettable stay at the Bergpanorama Bungalows. Here, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Steiner Alps and the Karawanken Mountains. The bungalows’ peaceful location invites you to relax and unwind, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
To ensure you don’t break a sweat even on hot days, we’ve NEWLY equipped the bungalows (including the living room and both bedrooms) with air conditioning starting in 2026!
For swimming, you’ll have free access to season passes for the Zanzibeach resort on Lake Klopein (including free parking).
Our kid-friendly bungalows are fully equipped—in addition to cribs, there are plenty of other amenities for every age group. From a cabinet full of board games to a great playground, a sandbox, and a lawn that invites you to play and explore. Sports enthusiasts won’t be left out either: a table tennis table and a large field for playing soccer or badminton await you!

On-site costs: • Electricity costs, including use of the air conditioning, are included • Bed linens & towels provided • Welcome package includes dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap • Pets—even “four-legged friends”—are welcome here: • We love four-legged friends, but please let’s discuss your definition of a pet (and the number). • Therefore, please be sure to contact us in advance. • As a general rule, we (or our cleaning agency) charge an additional one-time cleaning fee of 50 euros for each pet staying overnight. • Is your pet so comfortable here that it causes a little mess? If the bungalow is heavily soiled, we’ll charge an additional flat-rate cleaning fee of 50 euros. By “heavily,” we mean anything that can’t be cleaned with a standard cleaning (e.g., stains on walls, furniture, carpets, curtains, etc.). • Your dog must have liability insurance to stay with us. You are liable for any damage it causes to the bungalow’s furnishings or to other guests.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
