About this house rental
Roca is a beautiful vacation finca with a side tower. The house, whose exterior walls are clad in natural stone, is divided into three levels. On the first floor, there is an entryway with open passageways leading to two dining areas—one with a fireplace and the other with an arched doorway opening onto the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped and has direct access to the covered terrace with a dining table. This floor also features a shower and an utility room with a washing machine. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms. Here you’ll find one bedroom with two single beds and a small, covered terrace overlooking the surrounding area, and a second bedroom with a double bed and a balcony offering beautiful views. These bedrooms share a bathroom. From here, a few steps lead to the middle floor, where there is a bedroom with two single beds and a small balcony overlooking the central plain of Mallorca. The living room is located in the tower and features glass doors that open onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the surrounding area, with the coastline visible in the distance. A few steps lead to the top floor, where there is a bedroom with two single beds, a separate bathroom with a shower, and a terrace offering magnificent views.
