Located on the Island of Pellestrina, Casa Aprilia allows you to enjoy a holiday away from the most hectic tourism, surrounded by the sea, the lagoon and the colors of the island's typical houses. The location is particularly convenient for travel: the bus stop is only 2 minutes away, allowing you to easily move around the island and organize excursions to discover Venice and Chioggia.
The property is accessed through a large gate, while the apartment has a separate entrance, guaranteeing guests freedom and autonomy during their stay.
The large entrance leads to the true soul of the house: a large living area, welcoming and convivial, enriched by original details that recall the sea and island life. In the center, a large wooden table invites you to share breakfasts, lunches and dinners with friends. The relaxation area also has two armchairs and a large sofa bed, offering additional places to rest.
The kitchen is practical and well equipped with pots, dishes, microwave, refrigerator, mocha, and toaster. The living area includes a TV and a vacuum cleaner.
The bedroom has three single beds and is designed to offer a simple and comfortable environment to rest after a day spent among the sea, the lagoon and walks on the island. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are also available.
The bathroom, with window, is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. Inside there is also a practical laundry area with washing machine, particularly useful for longer stays.
Casa Aprilia is the ideal solution for families and groups of friends who want to discover a different and authentic face of the Venetian Lagoon: the tranquility of Pellestrina, the sea just a few steps away and the possibility of reaching Venice and Chioggia for a day discovering their wonders. The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the contract is signed, which includes all the conditions and details of the stay.

HOUSE RULES
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the quiet from 22:00 to 08:00 , avoiding noises that may disturb other residents.
No parties or events are allowed.
Access to the accommodation is allowed only to duly registered guests .
It is required to carefully use the furniture, appliances and equipment in the apartment.
Before going outside, be sure to turn off lights, stoves, and appliances .
Separate collection is mandatory . Please hand over the waste properly and do not leave garbage in the accommodation at the end of your stay.
It is forbidden to move furniture or furnishings without authorization.
Any damage, failure or malfunction must be reported promptly.
When leaving the apartment, make sure that doors and windows are properly closed .
Check-out must be done within the agreed time .
Pets - allowed
Arrivals between 00:00 and 01:00 are subject to an extra charge of $50 per late arrival.
A surcharge of 30 per arrival after hours applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00.
PETS: 30.00 EUR per day, on request.
According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
