It’s like being on a boat but with all the comforts of the mainland!

The House:
Completely renovated, it features a living room and dining room with a sea view, a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster), two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, and a small but well-equipped guest bathroom.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and television.

La Casina features a spacious rooftop terrace with panoramic views, accessible via stairs from the living room.
You’ll find a table with chairs and a beach umbrella, a small sofa, and armchairs to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

Garden and private beach:
is surrounded by a garden shaded by holm oaks, featuring a dining table and BBQ, lounge chairs, and all the amenities you need to enjoy nature.
The beach is reached via about ten private steps leading down to a private platform.
