The "Casa Oleander" villa, available for rent starting in September 2023, is accessed through an electric roll-up gate. Next to it is a small door for pedestrians. You can park your car in a spacious carport with a tiled roof. There are additional parking spaces in front of and next to the carport.
Attached to the back of the carport is a konoba. This offers plenty of storage space for luggage, beverages, etc.
There you’ll also find a Miele washing machine and a Miele dryer, as well as an ironing board, an iron, and a foldable clothes rack.
The villa itself consists of a long, single-story building. In the central section, there is a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and a kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, etc.), as well as a dining table with chairs.
To the left and right of the living room are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. These bedrooms each have a patio door with steps leading to the outdoor area. From the living area, a door leads to an additional small bedroom suitable for one adult or two teenagers. Right next to this bedroom door, a sliding door leads into a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, which can also be used as a guest bathroom since it’s accessible directly from the living area.
“Casa Oleander” has a beautiful rooftop terrace, which you can reach via an outdoor staircase. Here you’ll enjoy a magnificent ocean view and can, for example, end the day with a sundowner as the sun sets or sunbathe undisturbed. Two lounge chairs and a parasol are provided for your use.
The large covered terrace in front of the living room is furnished with beautiful patio furniture for 6 people, and the portable gas grill is perfect for barbecuing. The terrace roof will be covered with tiles in March 2024.
The 845 m² property is completely surrounded by a wall or wooden fence, ensuring complete privacy. The outdoor area is paved with beautiful flagstone slabs and also features a small green space.
The spacious pool area is equipped with comfortable loungers fitted with fresh terry cloth covers, and you’ll receive fluffy bath towels.
The pool is heated, so you’ll always find a pleasant swimming temperature.
A net can be set up in the middle of the pool for water polo games.
There is a solar-heated shower next to the pool.
A ping-pong table and a bocce court also allow you to enjoy some physical activity.
