The Mosel Retreat No. 5 is a rustic yet cozy half-timbered house. It combines tradition and modernity under one roof, as we placed great emphasis during the renovation of this 85 m² property on preserving its character as a half-timbered house while incorporating modern living comforts.
You’ll have access to a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, an additional restroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a small counter and dining area. Baby gear is also available upon request.
This non-smoking house is particularly suitable for couples and families of up to 4 people.
Your four-legged companions (up to 2 dogs) are also welcome here.
In combination with the larger neighboring house, Mosel-Refugium No. 7, this property can accommodate groups or families of up to 10 people.
The house is located on a quiet street at the end of Zell’s pedestrian zone, just a few steps from the Moselle River. Not far away, the vineyards and the famous “Zeller Schwarze Katz” sign rise up. Thanks to its unique location, it’s an ideal starting point for walks, hikes, and bike rides, or for a stroll through the pedestrian zone. Fresh breakfast rolls and croissants are available at the bakery just a few meters away.



Mosel-Refugium No. 5:

Two bedrooms with blackout pleated blinds ensure restful nights. The larger bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). The smaller bedroom is furnished with a French double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Both rooms have enough space for a travel crib. There is ample closet space for your clothes.
The house has one bathroom. The naturally lit bathroom with a semicircular shower is located on the first floor and is accessible from the hallway. An additional restroom is located on the top floor near the living room.
The cozy kitchen-dining area is centrally located in the house. In addition to a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave, there is also a small counter with two bar stools.
Of course, a coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, and toaster are also provided. The spacious dining table offers plenty of room for shared meals, socializing, or game nights. A special highlight is the swiveling TV mounted on the wall.
You can spend relaxing hours in the light-filled living room, which features a large satellite TV and a Blu-ray DVD player. A small selection of movies, books, and board games is available. There’s a small play area for younger guests.
The router for Wi-Fi access is also located centrally in the living room. 



On-site costs: The listed prices include bed linens, towels, dish towels, Wi-Fi access, and final cleaning. A deposit of €100 is due within one day of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
