The Pelican Bay complex offers a swimming pool, kid pool, covered sitting area, basketball court and lakefront boardwalk. It provides a view of the Main channel, close proximity to Adventure Gas and boat rentals and Surdykes for all of your boating needs (gas dock, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, boat ramp). Margaritaville is very close by land and boat. Multiple restaurants include Shorty Pants, Redhead’s and Jeffrey's Prime Rib & Lobster all within 5 minutes. Plus, Macadoodles liquor store for your beverage needs. PB2 Boat ramp 10 minutes

Condo was as we expected. We always enjoy staying at Pelican Bay….great location and nice people. Owner was very responsive to our early check-in inquiry and was able to accommodate us, which we appreciated greatly.

We love this beautiful condo. My daughter and I came for vacation and we were so comfortable here. The furniture and beds were very comfy plus the kitchen was well stocked. There is a beautiful view of the lake and there are so many good restaurants close by. We will definitely be returning!

Brent was great with communicating in a timely manner & the place was spotless! Great location on both land and water. Nice pool as well. Would definitely recommend to others & stay here again!
