Location and comfort. Felt like a home away from home.
Parking is a bit more of a challenge than we would hope for however since we were primarily walking around the city we left the car parked and had little issues excepting first night. There are limited free parking spots behind building so it is all about timing and luck.

The apartment is in a great and convenient location, close to the city, while still being very quiet and peaceful. We especially appreciated having a bathtub, as it was much more convenient and comfortable when travelling with a baby. The kitchen was also well equipped with all the essential things we needed during our stay.
The courtyard parking was unfortunately often full, so it was sometimes difficult to find a parking space. The baby cot also had some damage and was not in the best condition, so it would be nice if it could be checked or replaced for future guests.
