Tout était super ! La chambre est parfaite pour 2 personnes ; 3 ou 4 personnes, c'est trop pour un studio.

Horrible !

Horrible. La concierge nous a laissés jusqu’à 16h sans pouvoir rentrer dans l’hôtel, sans même pouvoir aller à la piscine pour nous rafraîchir, malgré un très long trajet, la chaleur, et ma petite fille avec nous… Je lui ai simplement demandé au moins de pouvoir entrer dans l’hôtel, mais elle a refusé sous prétexte qu’elle devait nous donner les bracelets, alors qu’elle ne voulait surtout pas se déplacer. Je lui ai également demandé le wifi, qu’elle ne m’a jamais donné. J’ai dû faire des pieds et des mains pour qu’elle réponde enfin à mes messages. Cette dame ne nous a même pas présenté l’hôtel ni expliqué quoi que ce soit. Heureusement, les gentilles dames de l’hôtel ont accepté de nous renseigner malgré tout, et elles nous ont même confié que ce type de studio indépendant était souvent très mal géré et qu’en général elles ne pouvaient pas aider les clients. Le logement était vieillissant. Il y avait une plaque dans la salle de bain qui tenait à moitié ; avec un enfant, cela aurait pu lui tomber dessus. Aucun ménage prévu, très peu de matériel pour nettoyer l’appartement… Aucun bagagiste pour nous aider avec les valises alors qu’il y a énormément d’escaliers, ce qui est très compliqué avec des bagages et un enfant. La concierge était très désagréable, méprisante et insultante. Une véritable horreur. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement. Le pire, c’est que lorsque je lui ai expliqué que j’allais laisser un mauvais avis, elle a commencé à mentir et à faire de fausses photos pour se couvrir, en prétendant que nous avions laissé l’appartement sale, ce qui est totalement faux. Autre problème très grave : j’avais perdu la clé un soir et je ne pouvais plus rentrer dans le logement. Elle ne m’a répondu que le lendemain à 12h. Imaginez la situation… Je vous déconseille fortement ces logements, car tout dépend de cette concierge. En cas de problème, l’hôtel ne peut pas vous aider. Et quand on tombe sur une personne aussi méprisante et malveillante, l’horreur !!!!

Nous avons apprécié les mesures de sécurité a l intérieur de la résidence.

Nous avons été très déçu des travaux sur la piscine principale. Nous avons été prévenus que quelques jours avant notre arrivée de ce retard de travaux. Heureusement que la petite piscine était ouverte mais du coup avec plus de monde.
