Ratings and reviews
100% verified reviews8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
- very central, close to the main town and Aldi
- other reviews complained about the bed but my partner and I found the bed to be really comfy
-supplied with hand soap, towels, toilet roll, bed linen, rubber gloves, cleaning spray, tea towels, washing up liquid, hair dryer, all pots/pans and utensils you need for cooking
- information about the history of the property, which as history enthusiast I really liked!
- information provided on local restaurants and takeaways
- shower was nice and hot
-cats living opposite who are friendly (a plus if you’re an animal lover like myself)
- sofa was quite small and not very comfortable
- macerator pump which is quite noisy (listed on property information and more annoying than seriously a negative point)
- as other reviews mention the velux blind in bedroom is faulty which means light comes in (again more annoying than a serious negative)
