Thank you to the host for the clear instructions on the check in process. Undergound parking behind security gate makes parking secure. Lift access to the apartment from parking was easy and quick. Apartment entrance is luxurious with the timber herringbone floor throughout the living space. Large kitchen with Island bench, two good size bedrooms that share a bathroom which also contains a washing machine. The main bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite. Living & Dining open up to huge rooftop balcony, as does the main bedroom. A 10 minute walk up to the top of the street (steep hill), you will find an amazing Italian Pizza/Pasta restaurant with amazing food, friendly staff and great environment. Heading south from the apartment, you will find many shops, cafes, restaurants and the Woolworths supermarket within a short distance. You can easily walk down to Salamanca Market and the waterfront from the apartment. Apartment is very well located to all amenities..no need to drive anywhere.

Loved how modern the apartment was. Super location, we literally walked everywhere.
There were a few issues with lights. One in the bedroom was flickering.

Very central and comfortable but not what I excepted as penthouse standard
It wasn’t as clean as should be. Dust in taps , fixtures in bathrooms need to be maintained. No outdoor heater for such a large outdoor feature

Location was great !
Rooms were spacious layout of the apartment was great !
Just some feedback for the money that we paid it could have been cleaner
Floors could have been washed - a tad sticky & vacuumed better especially under the couches !
More than 1 tea towel would be better more than 1 toilet Roll in each bathroom, sink could have been scrubbed.
Get your cleaning staff to check out the draws in bedrooms found empty cans of alcohol??
Perhaps a folder with recommendations of eateries!
