Very clean, friendly and helpful staff—we felt like honored house guests, not “customers.” The location was perfect for walking and sightseeing. Loved the historic details. Easy walk to the stazione centrale where we caught a train for our next destination. Roberta was the best hostess and all the staff were kind and responsive. We hope to visit again!
Nothing negative to say.

Central position in a historical building, lovely design, exceptional bed. Very good breakfast.
A bit impersonal. The only human being you meet is the lady serving breakfast the day after your arrival.

Very clean and tidy property. The rooms are decent size compared to other rooms in Italy. The breakfast was lovely.
Was a little hard to find when we first checked in. We were looking for a sign saying ‘Heritage Collection’ but because it’s part of a larger building, there wasn’t prominent signage.

Convenient location in the old town close to major attractions. Clean and comfortable bed.
Not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. Difficult to find. Stumbled with my phone while balancing luggage and an umbrella in the rain until I found the WhatsApp message with the code. Bumped my head on the low door. Crossed a courtyard avoiding the puddle and construction. Carried my suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Opened the door of my "suite" to a small entranceway described as a "living room". No place to hang my wet jacket. Then carried my suitcases up a steep, narrow staircase to the loft. Needed to make one last business call, but the wifi was insufficient for video at 5 MBs upload speed.
