worst i ever seen it was other apartment not this one what i paid for

nothing

Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I would like to formally state that I did not stay at the property in question because it was not the accommodation I originally intended to book, and I did not agree to those conditions. When we arrived and saw the apartment, the conditions were terrible and completely unacceptable. I have photos as proof of the situation. Due to these circumstances, we were forced to find alternative accommodation at our own expense, which resulted in double costs for us. Additionally, we were extremely stressed because the host was misleading us and telling us to cancel the reservation through Booking.com, promising that we would receive a full refund. However, when we checked our Booking account, it clearly stated that free cancellation was no longer available. It was obvious that if we cancelled ourselves, the host would avoid responsibility. We were expecting Booking.com to assist us properly, including offering an alternative accommodation option, but this did not happen. We were left alone in a foreign country, under pressure and distress, due to this situation. At this point, I am not interested in further explanations. I am formally requesting a full refund of my payment, as the accommodation was unacceptable and we did not stay there. I expect this matter to be reviewed seriously and resolved promptly. Sincerely, Kristine Kharchilava

Stay away from this place! They will rob you!

We arrived at the place, we inserted the code of the lock box but when opened it was empty. We called the host and: 1-It didn’t pick up the call for at least 10 times. After 30 minutes she answered but she couldn’t understand english at all. 2-She told us that the house wasn’t available anymore and that we had 2 choices, first to have the refund and second to change house (1 hour away, one room with 2 beds…completely different services). I decided to get the refund and they told me to send the free cancellation request. I did it but they refused. I was forced to find an hotel for the first night and another apartment for the others, spending so much more money and booking didn’t want to give me the refund after (they weren’t available at the moment, i tried to call a french operator, an Italian one and an english one but without any answer). It’s a shame!

Lugubre, triste...ma pire experience booking.

Rien...
