There are things to like about this ‘Hotel’. The staff were helpful and responsive to requests and recommendations. The small apartment had all the facilities that you could need and the location is good for the metro and buses. There is a good restaurant area within walking distance as well as a super market.
There a a couple of things to dislike about this ‘Hotel’. When I booked I didn’t pay attention that I had booked a my accommodation with two SINGLE beds…When I checked in you would think that they would have changed my accommodation for a double/queen etc however, I think that this ‘Hotel’ is actually a collection of individually owned apartments and it’s not a “real” hotel in the sense of a real hotel…So, I spent 3 nights in a small single bed like I was 5 again! Then there is the HIGHWAY basically outside the building. It is NOT quiet…it’s a constant ROAR! And, because, in Brazil, nobody’s heard of double glazing for thermal and acoustic management there is no PEACE!…and if you add the rumble of the A/C…The breakfast is R$85 and it’s not worth it in fact it’s terrible…there are many better options on the street. However, the steak sandwich at lunchtime was great and reasonably priced…go figure!
