Up to five people, along with a well-behaved four-legged friend, will find a temporary home here that delights with its personal charm, modern vacation comforts, and a breathtaking ocean view.


The spacious living and dining room with an integrated kitchen is cleverly divided into different functional areas. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, a radio with a CD player, and free Wi-Fi. Of course, a small selection of books is also available. The couch can be converted into a sleeping area for two people if needed.


Adjacent to the living room on the lake side is a spacious, covered loggia with a magnificent panoramic view of the lake and the activity on the car-free lakeside promenade. This is an excellent spot to enjoy breakfast and soak up the morning sun. There is also an additional balcony with a sea view and two sun loungers, which is also covered.


The kitchen in your vacation home offers everything you need to comfortably prepare your own meals. This includes a 4-burner stove with an oven and range hood, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Of course, the necessary cookware and other small kitchen utensils are also provided. By the way, the nearest grocery store with a bakery is just under 500 meters away.


In the separate bedroom—which, of course, can be darkened—there is a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) as well as a single bed (90 x 2.00 m). Apartment 5 is ideal for two to three people, but can also be booked for up to five people thanks to the fold-out couch in the living room. Your well-behaved four-legged friend is also welcome upon prior notice and for a small fee. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
