The expansive living area of approximately 65 m², complete with a dining area, is perfect for relaxing on the cozy freestanding leather couch in front of the crackling fireplace or for engaging in stimulating conversations at the cozy bar. A TV with a DVD player and a stereo system are, of course, also available.


The kitchen area, harmoniously integrated into the living space, features top-of-the-line appliances. The freestanding kitchen island, equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, fully automatic coffee machine for specialty coffees, toaster, electric kettle, and various small kitchen appliances, is sure to delight any home cook.


Two bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable double bed and a modern shower room with high-quality fixtures. The third bedroom is a combined living room/bedroom with a comfortable leather couch that sleeps two and its own TV. It’s also ideal as a TV, reading, or relaxation room for quiet moments. A guest restroom is also available.


A very special highlight is the approximately 40 m² sun terrace facing east, south, and west, which invites you to relax and enjoy yourself with high-quality patio furniture and, of course, provides access to the villa’s private, shared swimming pool (open seasonally).


An underground parking space (max. clearance height 2.10 m) for your car is available free of charge. From there, you can easily reach your apartment by elevator.
