This charming "Deichkrone" vacation home features approximately 95 m² of living space on two levels and offers a special living atmosphere thanks to its high-quality and comfortable amenities.
The first floor features a combined living/dining room with a large dining table, a comfortable upholstered seating area, a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The adjoining terrace is furnished seasonally from approximately May through the end of September. The kitchenette, which blends harmoniously into the space, is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and various small appliances, making it easy to prepare your own meals. Within walking distance of the vacation home, there are also several inviting restaurants and, of course, a bakery.
Furthermore, the first floor features the main bathroom with a shower/toilet, a bathtub with a whirlpool function, a private sauna, and a washing machine, as well as one of the three bedrooms, furnished with a comfortable double bed.
The first floor is equipped with electric radiant floor heating.
On the upper floor, which features a covered balcony, there are two additional bedrooms under cozy sloped ceilings—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as a sleeper sofa (sleeping space for two people) in the open loft area. There is also a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Good to know:
• Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
• A reserved parking space and bicycle storage are available free of charge.
• Please bring your own firewood, or you can purchase it at local stores.
This non-smoking house is ideal for 1–6 people, but can also accommodate up to 8 people by adding an extra bed on the sofa bed in the open loft. Pets are not permitted.
