Haus am Kranzberg: A romantic and peaceful country house located just above Mittenwald, offering a magnificent view over the town and toward the Karwendel Mountains. The hiking trails to Kranzberg start right at the house, and in winter, the Mittenwald–Kranzberg (Luttensee) ski area is just a short distance away.
Julia Apartment: An elegant Bavarian-style 2-room apartment for 1–2 people, 48 square meters, on the 1st floor.
Handcrafted by a carpenter. Charming living room with a corner couch and a Bavarian dining area. Cable TV, radio, and phone with a flat rate.
Separate small kitchen with 2 hot plates and a microwave.
Cozy, bright bedroom with a double bed and closet. Shower with toilet.
The magnificent wraparound panoramic balcony with views of Mittenwald and the Karwendel Mountains is second to none.
TIP: The house features two additional vacation apartments: “Philipp” for 1–2 people and “Thomas” for 2–6 people. Thus, it’s well-suited for larger groups or families.

Gorgeous view from every window. Big balcony which we didn't use as we had cold weather for our week long stay in mid April. However, if we come back, I would plan on eating all my meals out there. Mittenwald is such a pretty little town and the people are very friendly. Loved the bed, which is so important. Pillows were not to my liking but that is very individual. I would definitely book here again.
