Nestled in a centuries-old private garden, Marina Gardens is the result of a project by Studio Sablone of Pescara in collaboration with Swiss architect Roberto Carella.

The building’s clean architectural lines, combined with neutral stone, aluminum, glass, and oak, blend seamlessly into the lush green surroundings of the complex.

The lobby and the balconies of each suite create the perfect setting to enjoy this oasis of tranquility, just a stone’s throw from the sea. We celebrate art and architecture by welcoming you into high-quality spaces equipped with all the comforts of modern technology. Immerse yourself completely in this welcoming environment. Inside and out. By blending art and design elements, we’ve transformed the living spaces into a work of art.

Minimalist, modern, and captivating, the suites and common areas are filled with contemporary and urban artworks on display in permanent or temporary exhibitions. Every space tells a story.
