About this apartment rental
Hiking or biking along the Main; take the B13 to WÜ. Yet at the same time, enjoy absolute tranquility and a view of the valley down to Ochsenfurt. You can take in this view from the terrace. This single-family home with a guest apartment (and THAT is your vacation rental) is located in the upscale villa district of Ochsenfurt, on the left bank of the Main. The garden is not fenced in: note this if you have a dog.
There are 8+13 steps leading down to your apartment in the basement. You’ll need to be steady on your feet;) The first 8 steps lead to the terrace: the terrace is not covered; you can carry your bikes up here and leave them there. (The area is not visible from the street.)
The apartment is a studio layout: a floor-to-ceiling drywall partition separates the living area from the sleeping area. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child. Floor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped: from a dishwasher to an oven. If you’d like a microwave, please let us know in advance.
I’ve opted for a serviced apartment rental: I change your bed linens every 7–14 days. Every 3–7 days, I clean the apartment and take care of any necessary tasks, such as taking out the trash (after sorting it), refilling the dishwasher with salt and rinse aid, cleaning the bathroom, etc. I’ll send you my house rules upon request. Please ask me for them.
