Experience Milan like a true local in this charming 50-square-meter apartment with a private patio, located in a typical old-world Milanese courtyard right on the Navigli. Central, quiet, and newly renovated, it offers the perfect balance between Milan’s lively nightlife and the relaxation of a peaceful retreat. Just a few minutes from the subway (green line) and close to several tram stops, you’ll have convenient access to downtown and the main attractions, all surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants, pubs, and cafés where you can savor authentic Milanese life.
Upon arrival, you’ll enter a small lobby that houses four beautiful apartments, all personally managed by me. The apartment features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a sofa bed—perfect for accommodating one or two people, depending on your needs. The room opens onto a small private patio, furnished with a coffee table, chairs, and a beach umbrella—ideal for relaxing outdoors. The private bathroom features a shower, bidet, and everything you need for your comfort. Finally, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a closet, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The apartment is ideal for two people, perfect for three, and cozy enough for four. Our apartment offers flexibility and comfort to suit every need.

We loved this apartment for it's location in Navigli. Very close to food all day, coffee, lunch, aperitivo, dinner, drinks! Metro is less than a 10 minute walk to two different stations. Elena is a fabulous host, she greeted us upon arrival and answered all my questions prior to arrival. During our stay she was available to change out towels, recommend places to eat and anything else we asked her. The apartment is perfect for 3 people, with all amenities we needed during our stay. Check-out very simple. Thank you for a fantastic home during our stay during the Winter Olympics!

The location was wonderful! The apartment steps away from restaurants and nightlife in the Navigli was convenient, comfortable, and very quiet. Elana was a gracious and responsive host. Thank you for letting us enjoy Casa de Matilde!
