Ideally located at the foot of the slopes, this charming 4-bed apartment with bed linen and towels will allow you to enjoy a magnificent holiday in a quiet and relaxing area, all in the immediate vicinity of all amenities, including access to leisure activities or natural and cultural spaces. Everyone will therefore find something to their liking.
You can enjoy the joys of skiing, hiking or mountain biking through the direct access, from the accommodation, to the Prarion gondola. You can also take beautiful walks, many visits or let yourself be tempted by the many cultural and sporting activities present in the Chamonix Valley, such as climbing, paragliding, canyoning, summer sledging, or swimming in the clear waters of the high altitude lakes.
You can also take advantage of the few shops nearby and within walking distance (bakery, snack bar, bus line, train, etc.), as well as the Chavants leisure centre, all less than 200 m away. The centre of the village, located about 800 m away, is just as easy to access. You will find everything you need (shops, restaurants, tourist office, etc ...)
Thanks to its ideal location and proximity to public transportation lines, you will have easy access on foot to the free shuttles that will take you to Chamonix, where you can then visit the Aiguille du Midi with its exceptional panorama, board the famous Montenvers train, visit the Mer de Glace and the high altitude lakes and much more, all without even having to take your car.
For your vehicle, a closed garage within the residence will allow you to park it safely.
To make the most of your stay, you can also enjoy a covered and heated swimming pool all year round, within the residence itself.

Second ski trip to Les Houches. Staying here next to the Prarion gondola is the perfect location. Loved it, so convenient as situated at the bottom of the slope. Chalet was fabulous value for money, extremely clean and big in comparison to most places for similar budget. Excellent communication, smooth process from start to finish. Thank you and would definitely recommend. Perfect for 2/3 persons.
