About this apartment rental
We offer two different apartments, both of which are located on the same property as our home. Each apartment has its own entrance. We live right next door, so we’re just a stone’s throw away :) We’re happy to recommend restaurants, make reservations, and answer any questions you may have. The “Apartment” is an older building but was renovated in 2016. Thanks to its many windows, the “Apartment” is very bright and offers a view of our garden. However, guests are not permitted to use the garden. The “Superior Apartment” was newly built in 2017, is fully equipped, and is slightly smaller than the “Apartment.” It does, however, feature a small terrace facing a side street. This apartment is located directly on the street and can be a bit noisy when the windows are open. When the windows are closed, it’s quiet thanks to the soundproofing.
I live with my son in the city of Salzburg. When time allows, I really enjoy playing golf and go skiing in the winter. Favorite island: Ibiza—I enjoy the beautiful beaches and the special atmosphere there—away from the party scene. I’m very sociable, well-organized, and pay attention to detail. I like good books and people with a sense of humor.
The Maxglan neighborhood has its own small town center along Maxglaner Hauptstraße. Here, you’ll find everything you need for daily life. It’s about a 15- to 20-minute walk into the city. But if you head in the other direction, you’re right out in the countryside. This makes for pleasant walks in the countryside as well as a stroll into the city center.

Overall a pleasant stay. Host has been responsive. The place was clean and tidy. Has a homely vibe when entering the apartment. In my personal opinion, I would like the living room to be able to be lit up as bightly as the bed room. The photo in the Vrbo App shows a pretty picture with cherry blossom tree blossoming. That captured my attention really. The pic had included the space of that gated compound and the second floor. In actual, the rental space was on the first floor on the right hand side of the ads photo. Haha…

Was absolutely brilliant. Clean, had all facilities sorted, printed out information on everything. Beds were comfortable,loads of little bits and pieces to get you out of a corner if you have forgotten something with lots of care gone into it. Very well impressed

The apartment is clean, warm and well provisioned. We were very comfortable in it.The area is quiet and has good public transport to other parts of the city.
