About this apartment rental
A charming 45-square-meter apartment located on the third floor (with an elevator) of a building in the classic Old Milan style.
The apartment is strategically located for easy access to the city’s major attractions and is very close to downtown.
High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning make it ideal for those who need to work remotely.
Numerous restaurants and trendy nightspots set the scene for this elegant neighborhood.
THE SPACE
The apartment, which has recently been renovated, overlooks the inner courtyard and features 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, 1 bathroom, a living room with a dining area and a kitchenette, and can accommodate up to 4 people, two of whom can sleep on the sofa bed.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking: induction cooktops, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom has a shower.
The apartment also includes a washing machine.
Three days before your arrival, you will be sent a link to register your documents (required by law).
As soon as registration is complete, you will receive a second link, complete with a video and instructions, allowing you to access the apartment completely independently via self-check-in.
We recommend that you watch the video before arriving at the property.
You must always submit a request for stays longer than 30 days. If your request is approved, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number.

CHECK-IN
Detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed.
GUEST REGISTRATION
In accordance with Italian law, all guests must provide a valid form of identification, which will be reported to the public safety authorities.
STAYS LONGER THAN 30 NIGHTS
The reservation is subject to approval.
You will be required to sign a lease agreement.
Documentation proving the temporary nature of the stay is required.
A registration fee applies for the lease agreement:
€100 + VAT for guests with an Italian Tax ID;
€150 + VAT for guests without an Italian Tax ID.
A security deposit of €500 is also required, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, subject to an inspection of the apartment’s condition.
HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING
Heating: available from October 15 to April 15, for up to 13 hours per day, between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., with a maximum temperature of 19°C (tolerance of +2°C), as required by current regulations.
Air conditioning: generally available from June 1 through September 30, depending on outdoor weather conditions.

Beautiful modern apartment in a nice building downtown outside the tourist area. The apartment was very comfortable and so was the pull out couch. There was three of us, the apartment was a bit small but had everything we needed including a washing machine. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped but had all the essentials. We loved the neighbourhood and the apartment was right outside a tram stop. Unfortunately not as accessible by subway.
