The hotel is enormous in almost every aspect, except for the guest rooms, which are similar in size and layout to those of other hotels and ryokans. Despite its massive capacity, the spacious facilities ensure that guests never feel crowded, even when the hotel is fully occupied. The dining operations are also exceptionally well organized, efficiently accommodating over 500 guests while maintaining a comfortable and pleasant dining experience.
For some reason, the majority of guests seem to be families with young children. As a result, it’s difficult to find a peaceful spot anywhere in the hotel except your own room, as there are almost always children running around, shouting, or making noise. This makes the hotel less suitable for guests seeking a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
And never see any hotel(with ryokan style room) ask guests to make their own futon bed. Not a big deal, just a strange service standard.

ご飯も美味しく、子供が遊べる場所もたくさんあり家族で大満足でした。主人はお風呂のラウンジがお気に入りで、私も甘酒が飲めたことが嬉しかったです！

子供連れへの対応がよい。
ブッフェの品数が多く、変わったメニューがあるのが良かった。
部屋が広くて良かった。
りんどう湖側の角部屋でちょうど花火大会がよく見えた。
夜の星空観測も天気がよくて、よく見えた。
焚き火の周りで、芝生で遊べて良かった。
周囲の植木の手入れがきちんとされていた。
部屋のトイレがユニットバスタイプなのが残念だった。
連泊で部屋掃除なしにしたが、使用済みのタオルやゴミは回収してほしかった。
ホテルに入る道の案内は、どちらから来てもわかりやすいような表示にしてほしい。
