The Staff were amazing, going well out of their way to accommodate us. Never had better service. The location was beautiful, great views. The Onsens were relaxing, the buffet had many options.

たくさの人数でも全員がベットで寝れて追加料金も無かったし、チェックインを遅い時間が可能で良かった。もう少し早くできていたらもっと良さがわかったかも！
ショップが午前中は開いて無かった！

エレベーター前のガラス窓に蜘蛛の巣🕸️があったり、天井のクロスが浮いて剥がれかかっていた
