The villa itself is huge with a lot of outdoor space. It was very clean upon arrival and is ideal for large family groups. It could easily sleep 16 people. It accepts dogs and ours loved the space to run around. It is also very secure for dogs with the front gates closed, only the most ingenious dogs would find a way to escape. There are also temporary mesh fences to limit your dog to certain areas outdoors if required
Picking the keys up from an office in Calpe, 25mins away and also having to return them there upon departure was a real pain. They could easily use a key box outside the villa which the one next door has. The villa itself is only a 15min walk to the nearest beach and a 25min walk into central Moraira. It’s quite a climb in the way back though.
We thought the villa is in need of updating in general, it needs a good lick of paint both inside and outside. The pool has been neglected and although it was cleaned weekly there was still green algae in the corners and several tiles missing, also no pool lights at night.
The kitchen was probably the main problem with our holiday. The owner must assume that families don’t want to cook and eat out every night instead , however that isn’t the case with us. We found the kitchen severely under equipped. The oven didn’t work and the hob was really difficult to operate. Plusholidays did send a man out to look at the oven and he said it was broken and the next day a small portable oven was delivered but it still wasn’t good enough to cook for a large party. There was absolutely nothing by means of salt or pepper or herbs in the cupboard, and limited utensils. The dishwasher was dated and didn’t do a good job so we ended up hand washing everything eventually. The outside kitchen could also do with some work and maybe make it more of a casita than just a sink, bbq and worktop.
The bed mattresses were quite hard and thin and only one thin pillow per person.
The check out time is 10am which is quite early but understandable if they have a fresh party arriving the same day as it’s a large area to clean, however the cleaners arrived at 8.30am on our departure day and we had to send them away.

Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, sin caldera durante dos días. Viajamos con 3 niños y la agencia que gestiona la propiedad no solucionó el problema del agua hasta 48 ha después de nuestra llegada, además de las molestias que nos generó no compensa de ninguna manera. Tampoco pudimos disponer de las televisiones del patio y la planta inferior durante la estancia.
Además la recogida de llaves es en persona en Calpe, por lo que tienes que desviar tú viaje, en nuestro caso fueron 2 horas más, entre desplazamiento y espera en la agencia para la gestión de entrega. Lamentable

Une seule chose : le système média et le wifi ne fonctionnent absolument pas. Rien n’a été solutionné malgré nos multiples demandes

Location was good.
Pool was only cleaned once so was filthy, pool table swallowed balls so unusable, air hockey table didn't work, oven didn't work, gas ran out on first day so 2 days with no hot water. Man at rental office was rude, we didn't know all guests had to sign in so had to get 15 people in a taxi back to the rental office
