生演奏会が良かったが、到着が遅かったので少ししか聞けなかったのが残念です。ラウンジフリーは良かったがノンアルコールの種類も増やして欲しい。

Strategic location for visiting the Zao area. Buffet food standard is acceptable. That's all.
Very slow check-in process. Rooms, furniture and equipment are dated, terrible soundproofing of rooms - I can hear footsteps from above and guests in the corridor. My bed wasn't level and was partially sunken in. There are only 3 elevators so the wait time can be long during peak hours for breakfast, dinner and checking in/out, especially when there are multiple tour groups staying at the same time. The crowd at the buffet restaurant is overwhelming.
