totally ripped off paid £270 for a really awful caravan owned by the most ignorant lady owner

could not stay for even 1 night in this caravan due to the hurendous urine smell also soaking wet carpets in main bedroom so there was nothing to like at all

the caravan smelt of urine ,the bedroom carpet was soaking wet down the side of the bed do not know what the cause of this wetness was could have be urine , the main settee was broken in half under the cushion you sit on , the grill pan was filthy dirty had to clean it before we could make a bacon sandwich only did this because we had travelled 3 hrs to get to the site and was really hungry, the coffee in the coffee container was rock hard and coulnt be used, the owner was of no use at all in trying to hep us all she said was she didnt take phone calls out of hrs and would send someone the next day to re clean the caravan so we had to vacate for the night on our return the next day we could not get in due to the owner changing the key code number on contacting her she said we had vacated so not allowed back in the owner will not give us a refund of our money so paid her £270 just to clean the grill pan and make a sandwich really awful behaviour by her we would not reccomend this van and the owner to our worse enemy let alone our friends booking.com are also a waste of time they just say we have to contact the owner who has totally ignored our text with no response at all so we are completly stuck and lost the £270 and had to pay a further £200 for a different caravan so maybe the small claims court is our next step

Spoilt

Whilst an outstanding property had it been cleaned

Cleanliness couldn't use kitchen appliances . Floors was very dirty. Whilst the hosts requested the cleaner to visit me and deal with the issues. She didnt do this and sent me a rude message stating she would expect me to clean it. All glass and windows was very smeared with toddler handprints

Comfy, cosy, clean and overall very enjoyable really sad we weren’t there for 2 weeks Ty Karla x

Compact, clean and cosy

Had a little trouble with the TV but was rectified eventually, if you like to cook take a baking tray with you, apart from that it was a good walk to the entertainment but if you don’t use it you lose it 😂
